Description: This workshop is designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of the strategic decisions and computational workflows involved in single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data analysis. The session emphasizes not only the practical implementation of a standard analysis pipeline but also the critical evaluation of its underlying assumptions and limitations.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience with R (RStudio Installed)
- Seurat and tidyverse packages
- 10X Genomics PBMC Dataset (Download Instructions will be provided)
